What can we do to improve your experience with us?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?

We do our best to dispatch your package the next day and normally delivery is 1-2 days.

delivery is 2-7 working days when it's busier.

if items are pre-sold, delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks.

How can I track my parcel?

When we process your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $100, delivery is free throughout Quebec and Ontario.

2-7 day standard delivery is $11.99

1-2 day express delivery is $14.99

1-2 day express delivery is $17.99

For the rest of Canada and the U.S., delivery is free after $150+.

International delivery is calculated at checkout.

Which transport company do you do business with?

We use Purolator for the vast majority of our parcels. In some cases, we use Canada Post.

What should I do if I've made a mistake in my address?

You must go to our Contact Us section and inform us of the error as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return my order?

Items must be in new, unopened condition and you must return the item at your own expense.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our warehouse has received and analysed the parcel, we will proceed with the refund.

Normally, the amount will arrive in your bank account 2-3 working days after notification.

What should I do if I want to make an exchange?

You must send the item at your expense in its new condition with a note mentioning the item you wish to receive.

Please choose your items carefully, since for exchanges, shipping costs are at your expense.

What happens if my product is damaged?

If your product is damaged, don't worry, we'll send you a new one immediately.

You must send us an e-mail with a description of the problem and an image in the Contact Us section.

How long do I have to exchange or return my order?

You have 30 days from receipt of the parcel to notify us of any problem with your order.

Unfortunately, only one promotional code at a time can be used at checkout.

How should I maintain my Kawelä?

To keep your Kawelä as long as possible, simply hang it up when it comes out of the washer. To avoid damaging the fibre, it's best not to put it in the dryer.

How should I look after my Kawelä waterproof bag?

Waterproof bags can get dirty easily, as they are used for outdoor activities. Alcohol can help remove stains, but you need to be very careful.
