What are the delivery times?

We will ship your package as quickly as possible, usually the day after you make your purchase. Delivery usually takes one to two business days.

During busy periods, however, delivery times may vary from two to seven business days. If items are on pre-order, delivery may take up to three to four weeks.

Can I track my package?

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping throughout Quebec and Ontario on orders of $100 or more.

  • Standard shipping (2–7 business days): $11.99
  • Express shipping (1–2 business days): $14.99

For the rest of Canada and the United States, standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more.

  • Standard shipping (2–7 business days): $14.99
  • Express shipping (1–2 business days): $17.99

For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Which carriers do you use?

We primarily work with GLS Canada to ship our packages. However, in some cases, we use Canada Post.

What should I do if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

Please contact us via email through the “Contact Us” section and let us know about the error as soon as possible.

Are there customs fees in the United States?

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that, due to new regulations, all packages shipped to the United States are now subject to customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined directly by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are currently working to find a solution.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return my order?

Items must be returned in new condition and must not have been unpacked.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the merchandise.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

For purchases made between November and January, the return period is extended to 60 days.

Clearance items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order, as long as the items are in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

During the holiday season, we’re extending the return period to 60 days to give you more flexibility 🎁

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as our warehouse has received and inspected the package, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification to let you know.

Generally, the amount will be credited to your bank account within two to three business days after you receive this notification.

What is the procedure for making an exchange?

You must return the item at your own expense, in unused condition, along with a note specifying the item you would like to receive in exchange.

Please choose your items carefully, as you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What happens if my product is damaged?

Please contact us by email at info@kawela.ca, including a description of the problem, your order number, and a photo of the damaged item so that our team can better assist you.

Can I use two promo codes at the same time?

Unfortunately, you can only use one promo code at a time during checkout.

CARE

How should I take care of my Kawelä towels?

To preserve the quality of your Kawelä towels, use only a mild detergent without fabric softener. Wash in cold or lukewarm water, ideally on the delicate cycle, with similar colors. For front-loading washers, we recommend using a mesh bag to protect delicate fabrics. Hang to dry in the open air only. Avoid the dryer and hot water to preserve the fabric’s fibers and absorbency.

How should I take care of my Kawelä bags?

Bags can get dirty easily because they are used during outdoor activities. Rubbing alcohol can be effective at removing stains, but it should be used with care so as not to damage the material.

Does the card have an expiration date?

No, Kawelä gift cards never expire. You can use them whenever you like.

Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards are valid only on our official online store, www.kawela.ca as well as in-store.

Can I use my gift card in multiple transactions?

Yes. If the amount of your purchase is less than the card's balance, the remaining balance will be available for a future purchase.

What should I do if I lose my gift card code?

The code will be sent to you via email. Keep it safe, as it is treated like cash. Kawelä is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use.

Are there any activation or account maintenance fees?

There are no hidden fees. You only pay the value of the card.
